Legends of Runeterra is a card game which has entered its Open-Beta, from publisher Riot Games.
Similar to League of Legends it's possible to unlock all playable content for free, and in its early stages they are unlocking things swiftly enough that it is possible to get a ranked ready deck together in only a few hours. In both normal and ranked queues, over a few dozen games, there does not seem to be any clearly defined meta yet.
The game has its own client however you can login with your usual League of Legends credentials if you already play League.

Personally I've been experimenting with an assassin/spellcaster mid-range rushing deck.
